I’m Keli,

a UX designer based in Seattle, Washington. I’ve spent my entire career in front-facing customer service jobs, catering to people’s unique needs. Everyone has a story to tell, and it’s important to meet people where they’re at. This, of course, requires a hefty dose of empathy. Good thing I’m naturally empathetic. ;)Ω

I was thrilled when I discovered I could pursue a new field while still keeping my customer-first mindset and all the skills I’ve gained from working in hospitality. I love discovering the “why” behind human behaviors in order to craft experiences that are meaningful.
